  About the Team:

  The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Fulfillment Solutions Managers to join the logistics team. This role involves strategic planning, optimizing logistics and fulfillment solutions design, ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of the products from suppliers or merchants to end users.

  Key Responsibilities:

  - Responsible for UK & Pan EU fulfillment and logistics planning and solution design. Regarding different stages of e-commerce development and different categories, work with cross functional teams to identify pain points, design the optimal solutions and optimize processes, procedures and systems to gain better performance for platforms, merchants, consumers, creators etc.

  - Solutions include but are not limited to fulfillment system features, merchant portal, buyer facing app, Value Added Service, warehouse network design, order allocation, WMS (Warehouse Management System) design, etc.

  - Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels, ensure the designed solution is launched with high quality and rollout as planned.

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree or above, expertise experience in UK/EU e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment industry. Familiar with warehouse SOP and system logic. System or process building from scratch is a bonus, including WMS (Warehouse Management System).

  - E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross-functional communication and coordination

  - BRD/PRD documentation skill is a must- Case Review/Light BRD might be required

  Desired Candidate:

  - Managing product lifecycle: Proven skillset to build and develop and implement product, metrics and roadmaps clearly

  - Excellent problem-solving skills: capable of identifying, assessing and mitigating risk and driving for solutions

  - Excellent analytical skills: Capable of identifying, assessing and mitigating risks or critical issues using data.

  - Excellent stakeholder management skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product solution managers in order to set clear project priorities and milestones to ensure seamless fulfillment processes

  - Solid project management skills: Capable of processing requests regarding tools and mechanism changes, evaluate such requests and conclude on what the next steps are, which also requires proper SLA target setting.
