　　Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We are looking for Senior Fulfillment Governance Program Manager to join our team to drive the improvement of sellers fulfillment speed, customers' fulfillment experience.

　　What You'll Do

　　- Responsible for promoting seller's order fulfillment performance

　　- Lead project teams across commercial, compliance, operation and technical teams to define and scope the necessary tools and workflows to be developed.

　　- Co-develop the necessary protections, guardrails, policies, and operations to promote seller's order fulfillment performance.

　　- Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as Late Dispatch Rate, Seller Fault Cancel Rate, Late Delivery.

　　- Define and design policies around sellers' shipment methods and dispatch SLA requirements

　　- Map out the key gaps in the order fulfillment processes, including inventory health management, picking & packing efficiency, order dispatch SLA and so on, thereby proposing the corresponding governance strategy and rules

　　- Develop the strategy and playbook to support and implement operational processes to enforce on sellers' fulfillment requirements, adjust fulfillment requirements and enable key sellers to increase their efficiency of fulfillment

　　- Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing seller plans of action in response to enforcement actions

　　- Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications on all fulfillment governance issues

　　- Conduct data analysis on fulfillment trends for weekly/monthly meetings

　　- Business travel might be required to visit warehouses or logistic carriers

　　Qualifications

　　Who We're Looking For

　　- Bachelor's Degree above.

　　- With 7+ years of experience in logistics or governance-related areas

　　- Excellent communicator both written and verbal

　　- Track record of strong project delivery, negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen.

　　- Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams to achieving goals

　　- Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableu, or Aeolus to drive analytics and reporting.

　　- Strong management capabilities and getting things done themselves. Be an experienced team player who is motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

　　- Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.

　　- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others

　　- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108088 - $196544 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
