　　About the team:

　　The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. We are looking for a resource planning & analytics associate for our newly formed team.

　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in promotions/events, including goal/budget setting and performance review.

　　- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of promotions and events, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events, aligning with the company's marketing and sales objectives.

　　Qualifications

　　- 2-5 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies.

　　- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.

　　- Proven experience in the ecommerce industry, preferably within resource management, promotions, and events.

　　- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

　　- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

　　- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $273600 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
