About the team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team is part of the Governance and Experience organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. Service and Moderation Team is looking for a Quality and Training Specialist role to be responsible for maintaining an effective Quality Assurance and Training process within the service delivery team. For a new country launch, the role is also responsible for the SOP setup, local language translation, system and process test to meet the launch readiness requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Deeply understand platform policy and translate into training material, ensure the training material is up to date, deliver training and mentoring programs to the team.
2. Access quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with operations team to improve quality performance.
3. Identify and develop individualized and group training plans to address varying needs.
4. Effectively communicate updates and developments with team members, trainers and management.
5. Produce statistical reports and insights on quality performance, able to identify improvement plans, including SOP and scripts.
6. Be responsible for the initial SOP setup, system and process test to meet the launch readiness requirements when business expands to new countries.
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. 3-5 years experience in quality and training, experience in developing and executing training programs.
4. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Good training and mentoring skills.
6. Patient and detail-oriented.
7. Proactive, self-driven, creative, fast learner.
8. Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
