  About the Team

  TikTok is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work in our UK Ecommerce Strategy, Operations and Projects function, in the Centres of Excellence team, which is made up of L&D professionals and TikTok Shop experts. We are looking for someone to support our educational efforts overall, tailoring and delivering content to our Key Accounts, and TikTok Shop Partners. You will be responsible for understanding their specific needs, as well as understanding the TikTok Shop journey in-depth, preparing and executing educational content to upskill our partners and agencies, to deliver results.

  You will be responsible for:

  - Develop and define the training strategy, execution framework, and learning curriculum to upskill TikTok Shop Partners via various mediums (e.g. In-person / digital curriculums) with the aim of delivering merchant growth on TikTok Shop. Continually audit and evaluate educational content, to ensure it remains relevant for each Partner, and highly effective for a range of audiences;

  - Identify educational needs, prioritize and approve budgeted resources to project manage and deliver the training roadmap across a range of partners of various sizes and stages of development - from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to 'big six' media companies;

  - Work closely with internal industry-specific teams and stakeholders, to become a subject matter expert on TikTok Shop Seller operations, and consult with key category stakeholders to deliver effective training programs, making recommendations for their most appropriate format & distribution;

  - Facilitate collaboration and information-sharing among our TSP and internal teams, providing up-to-date information and developments. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and education evaluation feedback to continuously optimize training programs, setting up a robust measurement framework to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of these programs on partner and merchant performance.

  Qualifications

  - Solid experience in ecommerce operations. Previous experience working with agencies or TikTok Shop partners is preferable;

  - Strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of TikTok Shop, and collaborate closely with its partners;

  - Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects/training initiatives simultaneously, with a high level of commitment and strong bias to action;

  - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders;

  - Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in TikTok and wider social commerce, to provide thought-leadership and strategic insights;

  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

  - Previous experience in ecommerce marketplaces is a strong plus.

  Preferred experience

  - Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations is preferred;

  - Experience working in matrix, and/or global organizations;

  - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
