About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for a Moderation Training Program Manager Lead to focus on policy training and staff knowledge improvement across EMEA.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Hire, set up and manage high performing team of market Training leads across multiple geographies in EMEA;
2. Responsible for all EMEA Training Operations in day-to-day activities as well as planning across all markets. Collaborate with leadership counterparts in other geographies to drive best practices globally;
3. Set up and standardize new training mechanisms and processes for the E-commerce moderation team across EMEA;
4. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions by developing localised training materials and translate best practice training programs from other markets;
5. Develop and oversee EMEA training programs based on cross-functions' moderation knowledge necessities;
6. Work collaboratively with EMEA SOP teams to produce the training materials and deliver training for local moderators and relative parties;
7. Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale;
8. Work closely with GNE Moderation Leads and other functions of TikTok E-commence to ensure market moderation meets goals and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Master degree preferred;
2. Minimum 5-8 years' working experience in Training Leadership position role in a major tech or media company. Extensive knowledge of policy and moderation landscape in EMEA;
3. Minimum 3 years of larger team team management experience. Strong people management skills with the ability to manage teams across regions and timezones to deliver impact;
4. Track record of launching and delivering moderation training improvements across multilingual markets working with XFN partners;
5. Experience in large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units;
6. Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and comfortable with ambiguity;
7. Excellent organizational skills and can handle business demands under pressure;
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a fast and evolving environment with high attention to details;
9. Able to think outside the box to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders, but also brings ideas to innovate in our day-to-day operations;
10. Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
11. Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
