Team Overview
We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and partners. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commercial team in the US, to help build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users and partners alike. This role sits in our larger SMB team which supports social sellers, small and medium businesses, and emerging brands.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sales), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase, and LIVEs), as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and opportunities within the E-Commerce livestreaming sector.
- Formulate and implement strategies to expand the service provider channel, nurture the ecosystem, and collaborate with internal and external teams for agency recruitment and onboarding, including organizing online/offline recruitment events.
- Manage service providers by segment and region, using data analysis and incentive policies to facilitate service provider growth and continually improve channel recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the livestreaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
