About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for a Large Model Operations and Application Program Manager to empower Global E-commerce efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Advancement of Large Model Applications in E-commerce Governance: drive the application of large models within the domain of international e-commerce governance, particularly in all aspects of risk management, including risk detection, response, and mitigation; significantly improve the efficiency and quality of these processes through large model technology, ensuring effective identification and handling of various risks such as compliance issues;
2. Optimization and Management of Large Language Model (LLM) Policy Guidelines: draft, revise, and manage policy guidelines to ensure the effective alignment and application of large models; regularly evaluate the effectiveness of these guidelines, proposing updates based on data analysis and operational feedback;
3. Operations of Model Development, Iteration, and Optimization: oversee and participate in the development process of large models, ensuring designs meet business needs and technical standards; lead the iteration of models, including gathering feedback, analyzing performance data, and regularly updating and optimizing the models based on business needs and technological advancements; coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, including data scientists, algorithm and product managers, to ensure smooth development and optimization of models; set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous performance improvement and optimization of models; explore and implement the latest machine learning and AI technologies to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the models; collaborate closely with technical and product teams in quality assurance and regular calibration meetings;
4. Market Trend Analysis and Product Direction Setting: monitor technology trends and market advancements to assist in setting product direction and development goals; identify product-market fit based on market demands and technological developments;
5. External Research and Application of Best Practices: conduct external research to understand best practices and domain expertise; apply user-need-driven methodologies in product development, formulating reasonable optimization strategies.
Qualifications
1. Solid understanding of alignment methodologies, including but not limited to SFT, RLHF, etc;
2. Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of identifying valuable product improvement suggestions from evaluation data and driving implementation;
3. Sensitivity to content with excellent abstract thinking and logical reasoning abilities, proficient in case analysis;
4. Professional English proficiency, strong logical thinking, innovative spirit, and robust project management skills;
5. A keen interest in the field of large language models, willing to actively explore in areas such as large language models/AIGC.
