  About the team:

  We are looking for a high-impact professional to lead our Customer Solution Manager team. This role will lead our global team of Customer Solution Mangers to accelerate key account seller integration with TikTok Shop. This leader will work with Account Management, Product and Cross-functional teams to strategize, plan and deliver merchant e-commerce integrations at scale. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team of trusted advisors who provide knowledge, advocacy and tactical solutions to enable merchants to connect their catalog, OMS and fulfillment systems. You will build high-quality reusable processes, best practices, training and certification programs to enable the rapid growth of the CSM team, as well as external partners.

  - Working with Account Management, Product and other XFN teams, create strategies and actionable plans for sellers onboarding and integration. Setting objectives and key results on a quarterly and annual basis. Identify key initiatives and design actionable plans.

  - Manage a portfolio of seller integration projects. Review project progress regularly. Provide technical and execution oversight to drive speedy and quality project completion.

  - Create standardized processes, best practices, design guides, implementation guides and other relevant assets to improve the speed and quality of integration projects.

  - Hire and coach team members globally to build a world-class integration practice.

  Qualifications

  - 5+ years of experience leading a system integration practice at a top-tier consulting or SAAS company.

  - Hands on experience with system integration projects.

  - E-Commerce and e-Commerce marketplace experience is strongly preferred.

  - Experience working at a global company. Comfortable navigating complex and evolving organization structures. Experience working in a multi-culture multi-timezone environment.

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $163020 - $332576 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
