  TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

  The FMCG Key Accounts team manages businesses within Food & Beverages, Health & Wellness, Home Care & Cleaning, Pets and Flowers. The team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages over 80 merchants and thousands of products which customers are able to buy on TikTok Shop. Merchants sell by posting their own content, or by working with creators to post content on their behalf. The FMCG team is set to grow throughout 2024 in order to continue to deliver sales for our merchants and ensure customers continue to have access to market leading brands in the UK.

  Job Description

  - Drive and manage key accounts partnership and experience end-to-end management, emphasizing continuous development, ensuring merchants meet TikTok Shop growth requirements in terms of operational metrics.

  - Develop and execute growth plans with merchants, including Joint Business Plans, to achieve business growth targets.

  - Cooperate with creator managers and presenters to produce high quality eCommerce content driving GMV through detailed operations work.

  - Collaborate frequently with key stakeholder teams (Campaign, Logistics, Governing,Financial, Marketing etc.) to align goals & actions

  - Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, prioritise solutions.

  - Work on cross functional projects to help drive improvements for teams outside of FMCG vertical.

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree ideally in a finance, business or marketing related topic or similar from a reputable University.

  - Strong understanding of the Home Care/Household cleaner industry landscape and able to identify industry growth opportunities.

  - Experience working as a Category or Account Manager in an FMCG environment
