  In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of creator, educating and onbarding them into TikTok Shop.

  Responsibilities:

  - Grow and develop TikTok Shop Creator e-commerce sales performance in livestream and video channels, manage mid-tier and long-tail creators, focus on increasing both the quantity and performance

  - Coordinate and execute operational planning, content strategies and growth initiatives for creators

  - Facilitate affiliate collaboration by implementing product selection, price benchmarking, advertisement arrangement, campaign setup, livestream scripting and video preparation.

  - Build and manage relationships with creators, media companies, key merchants, content creators, macro KOLs and Singaporean celebrities

  Qualifications

  - Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of E-commerce experience

  - Familiar with TikTok Singapore influencers, social media landscape and resource integration ability and livestream & video practices, with relevant industry market resources, keen market insight, risk awareness. And successful incubation project management experience is highly preferred.

  - Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills

  - Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details

  - Adaptable, fast learner result-oriented and resilient team player
