TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.
Responsibilities:
- Build an action journey for new creators to grow toward performance goals.
- Able to deeply connect with creators to identify and contribute solutions to their pain points and struggles.
- Measure and conduct analysis of creator's performance towards key metrics as well operational and process improvements.
- Actively work and collaborate together with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve a greater impact on the platform.
- Plan strategically and analyze deeper partnership models beneficial for creators and platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- 3+ years experience in a work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content,and also able to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, result-driven, efficient, adaptable, and can work under pressure
- Deep passion for TikTok and have a good understanding of e-commerce, and social media and a strong understanding of video content platforms
