  About the Team

  The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

  With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.

  In this role, you will be responsible for develop and execute Tiktok e-commerce platform and category campaigns, having the responsibility of full-cycle campaign project management

  Responsibilities:

  1. Responbile for Tiktok e-commerce campaign quaterly planning including target setting, budget allocation, canmpaign calendar planning and external materials;

  2. Conduct campaign competitor research and User Strategy development for 4 categories, identify key cohort of each category on TikTok and create reproducible content marketing strategy targeting user demographics, including hashtag challenges, short video, livestream operating procedures to drive campaign awareness according to the characteristics of local users;

  3. Collaborate with category & cross-functional teams to align on target and monitor quality KPI progress, cost effiency and target completion;

  4. Responsible for other ad-hoc project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring and reporting.

  Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry with campaign operations, category promotion management related experience preferred;

  2. Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills, adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environment;

  3. Data driven, equpied with analytical skills and able to generate detailed planning and recap reports;

  4. Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and interactive products;

  5. Experience in e-commerce livestream is a plus
