We are looking for a passionate and proactive TikTok Shop Partner Learning and Enablement Academy Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to the development and delivery of training and enablement programs for our partners on the TikTok Shop platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational programs and partner certification development, e-learning, and a keen understanding of the e-commerce and social media landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of TikTok Shop partners. Ensure that the content is engaging, up-to-date, and relevant to e-commerce trends and platform capabilities. Define the priority, success metrics, and be responsible for ROI.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce a variety of training materials, including videos, guides, and webinars. Manage and update content regularly to reflect the latest trends and platform updates.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, both online and in-person (as required), ensuring that partners receive the knowledge and skills needed to succeed at TikTok Shop.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and certification programs. Gather feedback from participants and implement improvements to enhance learning experiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including partner account manager, product, marketing, and customer service, to align training and certification programs with broader company objectives and partner needs.
- Learning Platform Management: Oversee the maintenance and administration of the learning management system (LMS). Ensure smooth operation and accessibility for all users.
- Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in social commerce, adult learning, and digital platforms. Apply these insights to continually refine and innovate the training and partner certification programs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in training and development, and community management, particularly in e-commerce or social content platforms.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and its commerce features is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Ability to create engaging and informative educational content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
