Reporting to the Consumer Engagement Director, you will unlock the biggest opportunity in Estee Lauder APAC Media by driving EMV and social (mainly Tiktok short video, IG reels, Youtube Shorts) as a major communication medium. You will be responsible for engaging and delighting the consumers by designing unique branded experiences with authentic and compelling storytelling that encourages brand exploration, affinity and loyalty.
What You Will Achieve
Lead new breakthrough "EMV & Social First" consumer engagement strategy development which includes campaign ideation, content development and implementation as end-to-end owner Decode and codify the learning for transforming go-to-market content and content media planning in APAC Be a leader and advocate for building APAC consumer engagement marketing with learning agility Translate big data into new insights and improve the operation model within the organization by teaching and empowering others to embrace them in their daily work

What You Will Need
Prior experience with Tiktok and/or Tiktok Shop marketing Experience with IG reels and Youtube shorts, an advantage Strong understanding of APAC markets and latest digital marketing trends Excellent English communication and presentation skills Collaborative, innovative and a strategic thinker
