About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.
Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze trends on TikTok LIVE, identifying potential viral content opportunities.
2. Develop strategies and guidelines to help hosts adapt these trends into their content seamlessly.
3. Collaborate with data analytics teams to track the performance of trending content and refine strategies accordingly.
4. Provide hosts with timely insights and resources to implement trending content effectively.
5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for hosts on leveraging trending topics to maximize audience engagement.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in content management or operations, with a specific focus on social media trends.
3. Strong understanding of TikTok Live and other live streaming platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing content trends.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and educating diverse groups of content creators.
