The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic TikTok LIVE Creator Acquisition Manager to help us acquire off-LIVE Creators (both in-app & out-of-app), influence them and coach them to go LIVE.
Responsibilities:
- Improve existing processes & infrastructure to efficiently screen, recruit & onboard Creators already going LIVE into our managed portfolio.
- Understand and review trends in-app on short form and out-of-app in other platforms. Identify content potential and scout rising talent, by influencing these Creators into going LIVE on TikTok.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruited creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem.
- Create a Creator Acquisition Program for Creators with influence who have never gone LIVE before, set timelines, goals and KPIs (#Creators recruited, Expected Growth Rate). Define personas, verticals and creator archetypes to go after.
- Execute the program, including providing training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions. Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation. Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
- Collaborate with our campaigns team to develop specific campaigns to incentivise these creators to go LIVE consistently, promote with Creators existing market campaigns.
- Work with team leaders and cross-functional teams on non-core role projects to introduce improvements and efficiencies in the Creator Management and Partnerships model, to encourage market revenue growth & scale acceleration.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Talent/Influencer/Creator management, preferably on a Content Platform and in the Acquisitions space. Existing Creator / Influencer network a plus.
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications
- Proven project management, process management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written language skills
- Professional, patient and skillful communication
- Ambitious, result-oriented, good data analysis skills
- Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment
