Description

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Job responsibilities/focus areas include:

　　Ensure foreign threat systems are accurately characterized and modeled in technical databases such as the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB)Threat system model development to match intelligence assessments in areas including, but not limited to:

　　AntennasTransmittersReceiversWaveform Analysis and SchedulingRadar Mode Logic and Supporting AlgorithmsRF CapabilitiesSimulation Capabilities

　　Qualifications

　　Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics from an ABET accredited schoolMust have a graduating GPA of 3.2 or higher.Must have already graduated with BS or MS or be scheduled to graduate with one of these degrees within the next 6 months (May 2024).Must possess interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detailMust have working knowledge from either prior work or academia of Python and/or MATLAB.Must have the ability to work both independently and on a highly focused technical teamCandidate must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area

　　Desired Skills:

　　Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related technical degree. Special consideration is made for applicable experience in lieu of advanced degreesThreat systems analysis and/or modeling experience is preferred but not required. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of radar fundamentals

　　Security Requirements:

　　Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Final Top Secret Clearance.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00

　　The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
