About The Global Head of Learning and Culture

  Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Global Head of Learning and Culture to join our team. This position is a hybrid work model and is based at the Beachwood, OH corporate office. Relocation assistance is offered.

  Position Overview:

  The Global Head of Learning and Culture is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing learning and cultural programs and strategies that align with the organization's values and objectives. This role plays a critical part in shaping the workforce's future capabilities and maintaining a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

  As the Global leader, you and your team will work closely with the business to identify training and skill development needs, translating them into learning strategies supported by tools and resources held at the center and within the business. You will leverage business objectives, workforce data, analytics and employee listening surveys to diagnose specific learning needs to shape the strategy, which will require close collaboration with other COEs, Business and HR leadership across the globe.

  Your Impact:

  Learning and Development:

  1. Develop a global learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

  2. Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, both formal and informal, to enhance employee skills and knowledge and measure outcomes.

  3. Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill development needs and provide solutions to address skills gaps.

  Culture Development:

  1. Promote the organization's values, mission, and vision, and ensure they are integrated into initiatives that support the company culture.

  2. Foster an inclusive and diverse culture that promotes employee engagement, well-being, and retention.

  3. Promote a positive work culture by organizing events, recognition programs, and initiatives that boost morale and teamwork.

  4. Work side by side with Eaton' Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity to ensure a fair and respectful work environment for all employees.

  Measurement & Analytics

  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning and culture initiatives.

  2. Use data and analytics to assess the impact of programs, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.

  3. Regularly report on the progress of learning and culture initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders

  Change Management:

  1. Drive change initiatives, when necessary, especially during periods of organizational change or transformation

  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that strategic goals algin to organizational values and culture..

  Leadership & Team Management

  1. Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals responsible for learning and culture programs.

  2. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members to support their growth and development.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, HR or psychology or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum ten (10) years professional experience

  • Extensive experience in learning and development, organizational culture, or related roles, with a strong track record of leadership

  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in learning and development, culture-building, and talent management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align learning and culture initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.

  • (Preferred) Certification or relevant experience in organizational change-management, Org Assessment / Design, Coaching, OD Diagnostic skills, understanding of learning design.

  The expected annual salary range for this role is $168750.0 - $247500.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
