Description:
• Document test results and failure findings.
• Perform testing and create test setups at the direction of MFG.
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and fixtures to support Production testing.
• Diagnose equipment problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all departments as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and promote 5S in the lab
• Several products line.
• Troubleshoot products.
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: AA degree in Engineering Discipline (preferred)
• Experience: 0-2 years related job experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with test and measurement devices.
• Able to clearly document results and findings in written form.
• Comfortable in a hands-on working environment using hand and power tools.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects or equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expert problem-solving skills, able to quickly determine the best path forward when faced with complex challenges, working with others to develop and evaluate possible solutions.
• Possess intermediate written and oral English communication skills.
• Electronic soldering experience (preferred)
