GE Aerospace runs in Warsaw one of the biggest engineering centers in Europe. Our site hires over 1200 people who deal with the greatest challenges of modern aviation.
In this role you will be a part of the Test Systems Engineering (TSE) team in the Advanced Technologies Organization and take part in the latest GE NPIs through technology maturation programs. You will have the opportunity to work and lead projects on different engine modules and design components for product level or for modules testing as well as tests preparation and support. You will work in close cooperation with other global sites and test cells around the world.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination and execution of design efforts related to technology maturation for new engine programsExecute mechanical systems design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirementsMeeting the technical and program requirements and schedule.Creation and implementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.Participation as a presenter in technical and program reviews (IPR, Design reviews, Test Reviews, Reg Flag Reviews)Preparation of action plans to anticipate and respond to challengesAssure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasksCoordinate and execute assigned individual and team projects using engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirement
Required Qualifications
BSc or MSc in EngineeringSystems thinking and engine architecture knowledgeInnovative and problem-solving mindsetStrong interpersonal skillsStrong oral and written communication skills, especially in EnglishUnderstanding of the design and analysis tools relevant to the function (e.g. Ansys, NX, Teamcenter)Strong technical aptitude related to components and systems of increasing complexity.Must be independent engineer that executes with minimum guidanceGD&T understanding
