Test Master Analyst

Corporate Test Master is looking for a remote Test Master Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate would enjoy researching, problem solving, data analysis, and working with others to find solutions. This position is to increase process efficiencies by guiding workstreams within the Mergers and Acquisitions scope of Test Master. This position is responsible for providing direction and insight to support enterprise-wide Acquisition projects.
This role is a subject matter expert for our team and will be involved in projects requiring interaction with multiple areas and various levels of leadership. Our expectations are that this team member will lead all aspects of M&A responsibilities in Test Master. This team member will assist management in multiple projects across different business lines of Labcorp, tracking status, and the ultimate success of projects. This team member will also facilitate project change where needed, helping transform to best practice efficiencies for current and future projects.
This team member will be expected to learn and understand the different roles that Test Master is responsible for during pre and post integration activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop detailed strategic plans, complete with timelines and milestones for M&A projects.
Execute plans within required timelines, provide senior management with status updates daily or weekly, alerts to obstacles and risks encountered, Provides solutions for success.
engages necessary resources to overcome and achieve DELIVERABLES OR provides clearly articulated reasons for delays.
Review and analyze data, detecting anomalies with processes, escalating and proposing solutions to internal and external customers.
Create and Provide analysis and evaluation of standardized and ad-hoc reports for management and other requestors.
Implement updates and Maintain databases as necessary to ensure accuracy and project success.
Appreciate and understand all aspects of Test Master and the different functions within the department and how they relate to the success of new Acquisitions.
Routinely engage with Sr management (internal and external) as the point of contact for questions and concerns, escalating, and driving solutions for successful integrations.
Lead change to promote best practices for M&A projects
Coordinate and Facilitate independently lead meetings (virtual and potential in person) as needed for project success.
Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent preferred with a minimum of 3 yrs experience
Prefer strong EXCEL and SQL knowledge and familiarity with SAS desired
Proficient in writing and analyzing data queries preferred (specifically in Excel, Alteryx and Datamart)
Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and time management to allow for oversight of multiple highly visible projects.
Pay Range: $60-75K
