Job Description Support:Collaborate with Development/Test Engineers on Test Specification for new tests when necessary.Assist Phantoms team and ASPICE collaborators, providing direct support for testing strategy and test concepts.Aid Test Key Contact in guiding teams and implementing new testing strategies, presenting complex information to the entire team when required.Act as a consultant for Epics, offering expertise on testing activities, refinement, impediments, and improvements as requested by Project Managers (PMs) or Product Owners (POs).Mentor teams on testing topics, techniques, and processes as needed.Testing Needs and SW Maturity:
Work within the framework of the Software Maturity model to support and reach testing targets.Provide ideas or suggest deviations to reach testing goals.Involvement:Participate in all meetings related to tests between teams and PMs.Contribute to planning activities involving testing, especially when deviating from the normal process.Engage with teams to address testing-related risks during planning.Review:Review Test Specification and Test Strategy/Method as needed, especially when the Testing Key Responsible identifies the necessity.Conduct high-level reviews of new tests when no team is specifically allocated.Define:Identify and fill gaps in test methodology and infrastructure.Define testing strategy, infrastructure improvements, and software integration plans.Monitor and Adjust:Monitor test activities through the Phantoms team, ensuring integration into the development process.Control and adjust test activities as part of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing (CI/CT) process.Communication:Report status and completion of test activities, leveraging the CI/CT infrastructure.Communicate with PO testing teams, providing support, making decisions, and planning activities based on discussions with PMs.Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for Jazz ETM, defining new testing processes with new tools and operating the tool for testing purposes.Improvements:Propose improvements in all areas related to testing, ensuring compliance with ASPICE or tailoring processes where necessary.Enhance Software Project Common Agreement Request (SWP CAR) daily working, addressing problems raised by teams and incorporating feedback from other CAR members.Archiving Strategy:Ensure cleanup and archiving of the test environment, leveraging the automation capabilities of the CI/CT infrastructure.
