To provide technical guidance for the creation of test environmentsTo provide accurate and precise estimates for script execution and durationTo support the Finance Platform Team preparing test plans, budgets, and schedulesTo be able to review and extract the testable conditions from requirements, specifications, technical documents, and other documentsTo be able to create and execute manual and automated testsTo use best practice methods when using the Paysafe Test Model e.g.Agile development and testing, Data driven development and testing frameworks and reusable frameworksPerform automated testing and manual static testingBehaviour Driven Development and TestingTo review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developedTo test early with exploratory testing; create test stubs and test objects; review unit tests and resultsTo work with the business SMEs and development teams to create System Test plans and Scripts in QMetryTo work with the business SMEs and to create User Acceptance Test Plans and ScriptsTo work with the business SMEs and Infrastructure and Finance Platform teams to create Patch, Upgrade, and Disaster Recovery scriptsTo help manage defects using Jira to capture, track and resolve issuesTo use Agile methods and Kanban boards for planning, management, and resolution of change
To be successful you need to have:
A strong and deep knowledge of the SDLC cycleA minimum of 3 years' operating as a Manual Tester and have had exposure to Test Automation, e.g. Ranorex,A good knowledge of Financial Systems, CRM, and ERPs.Previous experience working on Hosted and SaaS based applications and aware of the differences it impacts testingFirm understanding of Financial processes covering: Record to Report, Source to Settle, Reconciliation, TreasuryTo be proficient in writing scripts and tools using SQL, VB, HMTL, XML, SOAP, C#A solid experience using Jira and other industry recognised test management toolsExtensive experience of software testing covering the complete project life cycle, in a structured environment (both iterative/agile and waterfall)Experience in managing functional, non-functional, regression, integration, UAT and OAT testingExperience in creating test strategies and test plans and be adaptable to changing circumstancesExperience in leading software testing involving third partiesExperience with defect management and test management tools; risk analysis and risk-based software testing technique; exploratory software testing and techniquesExperience in test data provisioning and managementTo be 'delivery focused' with a 'can do' attitude
