T&C Manager / T&C Supervisor ( wayside rail / railway signaling systems - installation, testing and commissioning ) :
Plan, coordinate, schedule and supervise all relevant testing and commissioning activities for wayside signaling systems
Primary point of contact for MBTA installation crew for troubleshooting of technical and logistical issues
In charge of material control, data collection, and reporting for the installation and testing activities performed
Ensure that the work of all signaling system installation and testing personnel will be properly scheduled and coordinated with / approved by MBTA
Ensure the signaling system material and equipment will be inspected, properly stored and protected from the elements, vandalism and theft and that damaged equipment is identified and reported
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or in a similar engineering discipline ( Associate's degree can be considered based on the overall experience )
Experience in railway signaling engineering ( wayside rail signaling systems installation, test and commission )
Supervisory / Managerial skills and experience, strong organizational skills with an emphasis on quality control and proven experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
