　　The Tenders and Pricing intern will be responsible for:Manage all tender and pricing related activitiesManage the identification, co-ordination, preparation and submi sion of Tender and RFQ documentationRespond to ongoing internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricingFormulary tendering and submissions, actively manage the databasePerform all associated Management Reporting.

　　Duties / responsibilities

　　Sourcing of Tender opportunitiesMaintain a database of all tender and RFQ activitiesRespond to all RFQ's, RFI's, and tender requestsCoordinate customer queries and manage timelinesGeneral assistance/guidance to branches/regions on tenders and RFQ'sIdentify tender specifications for circulation to the relevant commercial team membersGather the necessary information from internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of completed tender and RFQ documentsManage the RFQ's and Tender register/dashboardResponsible for delivering of all completed documents on timeRespond to all validity extension requestsExtract key points from tender and forward relevant information to PM and interested staffRespond to all requests for SBD FormsManage the IPS/Ariba and Tradeworld inquiries

　　Submission of Medikredit applications forms to obtain product Nappi CodesSubmission of Discovery Health Price & Product File to obtain approval of product Nappi CodesSubmission of all Franchise product ranges for Private Hospital Group approval (PHGs)

　　Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in business or a related medical field of study.YouthDriver's LicenseSouth African Citizen
