Position Summary: Identify the technical competencies required for home based LGBTQ+ clients to actively participate in the Virtual Senior Center program and provide a range of support to assist people in actively participating.
Client Support
Identify the technical competencies required for home-based members to actively participate in the Virtual Senior Center program and provide a range of support to assist people in actively participating.Follow up with inactive members of the VSC to monitor and provide support for engagement with the platform.Provide an array of support services to members, including class issues, complaints, engagement via caring calls as well as technical support and connecting members to resources as needed.Communicate client experiences and concerns to the team and act as a liaison regarding user experience and feedback for product development, interpersonal concerns among the groups, and observations as a facilitator.
Class Facilitation
Facilitate a once (possibly twice) per week to VSC members.
Marketing & Programming
Help develop proper messaging from clinical perspective for email/marketing campaigns to engage participants, facilitators and community partners as well as prospective partner communities.Research and build evidenced-based programming that will benefit VSC members and attract new communities to adopt VSC.Perform other duties as required or assigned by VSC Outreach CoordinatorAdhere to organization's standards by completing annual mandatory trainings in a timely manner on topics including - but not limited to - Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, IT Security Awareness, Compliance, OSHA, HIPAA and any other training the organization may deem necessary in regards to regulatory compliance or good business practices.Supports organization's mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.Adheres to the organization's policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
Salary Range : $33 - $35 per hour commensurate with experience.
Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor in social worker/public health/psychology and related fieldNecessary experience, including supervisory if applicable: Marketing and Client Support SkillsSpecific software or computer skills; (ex. Must be proficient in Word, XL and PowerPoint): Familiarity/proficiency with Salesforce, MS Suite, Google Suite, Zoom & Constant Contact.Problem solving abilities while multi-tasking; ability to exercise sound judgmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and organizational skills
