Overview
Wyatt Technology is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Service Telesales Specialist
This position is primarily responsible for selling, monitoring and managing in-house standard and customized service contracts to customers nearing product warranty expirations, or who are no longer covered under a warranty. As well as providing guidance to end users on the service offerings available that best fits their business needs.
Responsibilities Achieve or exceed the sales budget for service contracts and software support products in the specified accounts and territory. Support Agreement Management including: maintenance of all current service contracts, new sales campaign promotions to increase service contract revenue, identification of new benefits that may be added to Support Agreements and Consulting Agreements. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to include the methodology needed to achieve sales growth including: warranty conversion, focus on large key and strategic account contracts, lead generation, nurturing, customer support, and penetration activities at accounts within territory Enter and close domestic and international, instrument and service sales orders according to established procedures within CRM and ERP. Manage all instruments End of Life activities including: contacting customers when their instrument is reaching Best Effort of Service and End of Serviceability and offering trade-in quotes. Strong communication (call/email) customers and field sales teams Create quarterly metrics to track contract business status and progress. Assist in the development and implementation of contract performance metrics. Manage customer data in CRM including updating service contracts with the appropriate dates, instruments, and data links Support field accounts and sales reps by generating new instrument quotes, accessories, software upgrades, IQ/OQ and onsite visit quotes. Speak with customers to build rapport in an attempt to promote sales. Assist Marketing Department with marketing campaigns and other advertising efforts when needed. Qualifications
BS Degree (or higher) in Science, Business or equivalent. Minimum one year experience in inside sales or sales. Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills (Word, Excel). Must be highly organized, good attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. #LI-CB1
