Summary:
The Telehealth Program Assistant is responsible for providing support for the Agency's telehealth services by installing, troubleshooting and maintaining telehealth equipment to a designated group of patients in their homes. The Telehealth Program Assistant may perform duties in other areas of the Agency as directed.
Responsibilities:
Reviews daily tasks, reviews charts for the appropriate Telehealth referrals.
Facilitates equipment delivery to patients and communicates plan to supervisor and applicable staff.
Maintains an accurate inventory of equipment and ensures proper functioning throughout the state.
Sets up and manages paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as inventory records, educational booklets, or other material.
Creates, maintain, and enters information into databases.
Continuously monitors telehealth utilization by monitoring inventory in the telehealth web platform and notifies telehealth leadership re concerning trends.
Provides meaningful information in a respectful, clear, concise, and positive manner; listens carefully to effectively understand the ideas, problems, and suggestions of others; accepts responsibility for information received, which results in effective dialogue with colleagues; functions as a daily point of contact for operational activities.
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
Other Information:
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance. Muat be able to drive within assigned region as directed.
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required to be obtained prior to independent visits.
