  Join the Technology Workforce and Talent Excellence (TW&TE) team, a Center Of Excellence (COE) dedicated to supporting the strategic talent objectives of our evolving Technology organization. As we continue our exciting journey, the TWTE Programs Asset Manager will play a vital role in supporting our overall People and Culture Strategy.

Our team centrally delivers talent programs and leads the Technology People strategy to bring this strategy to life for our workforce.

  Reporting to the TW&TE Director or Programs, this position will power the efficacy and experience of the TW&TE programs through managing the assets associated to the colleague programs led across the team.

  The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills across the communications assets field with deep knowledge and experience of user experience.

  This role will partner closely with the TW&TE leadership team and liaise directly with program teams and internal partners to set the standard in user experience of the TW&TE assets e.g. site analysis through to evaluation to ensure we make it easy for our colleagues to navigate their TW&TE experiences.

  How will you make an impact in this role?

  Own the end-to-end roadmap development and delivery; aligned directly with the TWTE delivery calendar identifying dependencies and prioritizing with the teams.

  Lead the back log of centralized needs for both internally facing (within TW&TE) and Tech wide talent offers available.

  Optimize the colleague experience by recommending and building assets for the talent offers by incorporating industry standards and metrics to inform and design the user experience.

  Implement program assets to colleagues and leaders, including announcements, podcasts, video scripts, graphics and other strategic communications as needed.

  Represent TW&TE effectively, following through on actions and delivering best-in-class services to partners.

  Cultivate strong relationships with partners such as Inclusion & Diversity, Technology Colleague Affairs Communications and the Colleague Experience Group.

  Minimum Qualifications

  University degree in Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent experience

  Significant years of program management experience, generating reporting capabilities for stakeholders.

  Background in Technology or equivalent Human Capital (Human Resources or Colleague Experience Group) or equivalent consultative services, Marketing or Product.

  Familiarity with Technology delivery models and agile frameworks to support communications.

  Experience in at least one TW&TE function, such as Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, Career Frameworks, Welcome and Retention Experiences or Early Careers Programs preferred.

  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

  Experience with intranet/content management systems (Unily a plus).

  Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro a plus
