The technology training associate will provide scheduled and ad hoc end-user technology training for associates in the East Coast offices and teach virtual classes for associates globally. He/she will represent the team as a regional training lead for technology rollouts. The associate will act as training lead in technology projects, designing the training for enterprise rollouts and updates. He/she will work closely with the business units in East Coast offices to identify and fulfill their technology training needs.
Facilitates in-person and virtual individual sessions, group demonstrations, and classroom training. Offerings include new associate training, training on new technologies, and ongoing skill-building.Provides updates on technology initiatives to investment professionals and other key business contacts.Gathers input on investment professionals' technology use and training needs. Uses this input to design training content and to share input with the Engineering and Application Development teams for consideration of future technology.Partners with Technology Support, Engineering, and Application Development teams to gain subject matter expertise in current and new technologies.Identifies opportunities to optimize clients' technology usage through ongoing interaction (e.g., one-on-one meetings, direct contact with users, and walking the floor).Creates new technology training offerings using sound instructional design practices.Reviews training session feedback for trends and potential curriculum revisions. Partners with other trainers to recommend and make edits to training documentation, processes, and tools.Acts as a training lead or regional lead on technology projects for rollouts or upgrades that will impact end users.Tracks training. Contributes knowledge articles to grow our end user service portal.Researches and pursues relevant training opportunities to ensure broad awareness of current and emerging technology solutions. Participates in projects involving new technology evaluation, testing, and integration.

1-3 years of demonstrated experience providing end-user training.Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, Cisco Systems VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, Cisco Webex, iOS and/or Android mobile technology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong commitment to working as a team and providing excellent customer service.Knowledge of investment management industry preferred.Knowledge of fixed income and equity technology preferred.Bachelor's degree highly desired.
New York Base Salary Range: $73,609-$117,774
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
