The Technical SW Product Assurance is in charge of SW end to end quality assurance. Ensuring that the company latest processes, industry standard and lesson learned are used during the development. In this role you will be assessing the SW maturity at product milestones, supporting, and evaluating mitigation actions, reporting to PA leaders and GBE leadership about the product development risk status. The person shall be able to understand, assess, scrutinize, and support.

　　You will be responsible for:

　　• The complete software project development life cycle from A-Sample up to series production launch in line with customer's performance and quality requirements, as well as by applying Garrett's development processes

　　• The software features plan, progress, requirements, architecture, and integration

　　• Review and improve the Software architecture.

　　• Application modules development and basic software modules development

　　• The software testing (Static, Unit and validation)

　　• Overall software bug and issues from analysis, resolution to closure.

　　• Software technical reviews (define the objectives, share the status)

　　• Software development workload estimation.

　　• Development Gate assessments

　　• Risk Management - Identify, evaluate, and mitigate together with the project team

　　• Launch issue identification, assessment, and resolution

　　You will fit into the team with this profile:

　　• Min. bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, Computer, or technical equivalent.

　　• Automotive Software experience

　　• Strong knowledge in embedded software architecture

　　• Strong Knowledge in Automotive Embedded SW function development: (Real Time SW,

　　AUTOSAR, MBD, Microcontrollers)

　　• Knowledge in software for high voltage electric drive systems: E-machine & Inverter

　　• Knowledge in ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO21434 and OBD

　　• Agile development principles

　　• Knowledge in vehicle communication protocols (CAN, UDS, XCP, J1939)
