The ideal candidate has extensive experience with implementations, particularly focused on Customer Advisory Services in collaboration with Accounting Teams.The Technology Implementation Specialist must have at least 3-5 years' experience using or implementing QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online, as well as experience with SDLC IT Business Analysis, Data Mapping, Project Management, and Product Delivery. Having a PMP and Accounting Firm experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Tech Stack Implementation and OptimizationLead the design, implementation, optimization of technology stacks to meet specific client requirementsWork closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor tech stack solutions accordinglyData Management and AnalysisEvaluate current storage of QuickBooks Desktop and other accounting software file storage structure for efficiency and relevancy; determine and recommend new processes, including archiving and /or moving documents to the cloud.Apply expertise in data handling, manipulation, and analysis to derive meaningful insights and provide data-driven recommendationsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data throughout various systems and processesClient Account Services:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide client advisory services and guidance on leveraging technology for improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Assist in formulating strategies and solutions that align with clients' business goals and accounting functionsProject Management:Lead and manage projects related to data conversion and file migrations, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budget constraintsProvide regular update to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleManage third-party vendors and offshore team members.Required Skills:Strong background in technology implementation, data management, and analysis in relation to Accounting processesAt least 3-5 years using or implementing QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online (QBO)Understanding of Accounting principles and best practices including financial statements, cash flow, expense management, chart of accounts Tool (COA)Strong analytical skills and the ability to review dataAbility to provide alternative solutions to identified gaps, and create business and technical requirements documentationAbility to design and implement tech stacks tailored to client needsProject management experience and proficiency in relevant project management toolsAt least 2-3 years managing projects related to implementing, migrating, or releasing software, preferably related to accounting and/or payroll services<
