About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Support Coordinator. This role covers jobs that identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements, and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.
In this role, you will:Act as a first point of contact in providing solutions to technical issues for a business unit or work groupPerform duties of basic to moderate complexity, including provision of user access, assessing security administration issues, production support and troubleshooting, application maintenance, and monitoring or balancingReceive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questionsInteract with colleagues of the assigned business unit or work group for any technical issuesWork with technology partners to draft business requirements and user specificationsRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Technical Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationPosting End Date:
