In this role, you will:Takes big picture goals and break them down into actionable itemsCollaborates with EFT Platform Leadership to define the overall EFT execution approach and strategy for completing the scope of work by the deadlineCommunicates changes in direction and approach to affected EFT teams Serves as an escalation and coordination point for enterprise partner teamsEscalate potential risks or issues that may impact complianceAdvocates for clarity, efficiency, and simplicity in the compliance process on behalf of EFT application teams and leadershipCoordinate other initiative-specific remediation leads, to ensure their efforts are on track. Retain a holistic understanding of EFT's progress to completion.Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systemsContribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirementsEvaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problemsPartner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutionsAct as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverablesCoordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teamsRequired Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years Project Management experience3+ years of MS Excel SkillsDesired Qualifications:1+ years supporting remediation initiatives 3+ years Agile experienceChange management or remediation experience Strong experience interacting with senior leadershipLeadership abilitiesAbility to adjust to varying communication styles in order to increase understanding and actionAbility to meet hard deadlines Finance Industry experienceCompliance, governance, policy, risk managementJiraPosting End Date:
