  The person in this role will work from the Medtronic facility located in Boulder, Colorado on a hybrid work schedule with two days in the office each week minimum.

  A DAY IN THE LIFE

  · Master of Documentation: You'll meticulously record product complaints, service requests, and inquiries from customers, ensuring every detail is captured.

  · Always in the Know: Stay abreast with all job-related procedures that influence the quality of products and services delivered to our customers.

  · Tech Troubleshooter Extraordinaire: Solve technical issues via phone or email in a bustling contact center/help desk setting. Plus, be ready for 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.

  · Record Keeper & Problem Solver: Keep an accurate and consistent log of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our system, guaranteeing prompt resolution that aligns with regulatory standards.

  · Multitasking with Precision: Juggle troubleshooting with customers while skillfully entering data into the computer – all without missing a beat.

  · Post-Integration Support Hero: After integrating and deploying the HI&M system with EMR/EHR systems, be the supportive guide for our customers.

  · Software and Hardware Sage: Use your customer service prowess and technical knowledge to resolve issues related to software installation, usage, and training, as well as ventilation hardware products.

  · Collaborative Problem Solver: Work alongside technical, sales, customer service, or marketing teams to iron out recurrent product and service issues.

  · Tech Support Whiz: Offer top-tier technical assistance to users, whether it's for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.

  · Go-To Advisor: Field questions about system procedures, online transactions, system status, and downtime protocols.

  · Network & System Interactor: Engage with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development teams to restore service and pinpoint problems.

  · Innovative Thinker: Suggest system modifications to diminish user issues, enhancing overall customer experience.

  MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)

  High school diploma or equivalent

  2 years minimum experience in Information technology.

  · IT Wizard with Proven Expertise: With at least 2 years of experience in the realm of Information Technology, your knowledge will be invaluable in our quest for excellence.

  Windows Server Wizard: Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 or 2016? Your expertise is invaluable to us.

  SQL Server Specialist: Knowledge or experience in SQL Server? You'll fit right in with our team of experts.

  HL7, XSLT, and API Aficionado: If you're skilled in HL7, XSLT (XSL Transforms), and API, you'll be a star in our team.

  Connectivity Connoisseur: Understanding closed-loop networks and Bluetooth interactions with mobile devices? That's music to our ears.

  This position is eligible for a short-term incentive plan. Learn more about Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) here .

  The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

  Min Salary

  $59600

  Max Salary

  $89400
