Technical Talent Onboarding Associate
Location: Warrendale PA

SUMMARY:
The Technical Talent Onboarding Associate is responsible moving global candidates quickly and efficiently through the auditor qualification and onboarding processes to meet the needs of the business.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the auditor qualification process by: (45%)
Serve as the SME for the applicant tracking system including
Work with internal staff to ensure application reviews are completed in a timely manner
Issuing Task Group specific assessment exams in learning management system
Scheduling interviews with candidates
Communicating application status to candidates at appropriate stage of the process
Support the onboarding process by: (45%)
Preparing and issuing auditor trainee packages
Issuing training plans in learning management system
Gathering trainee documentation such as proof of citizenship, passport, etc.
Setting up access to PRI's operating systems, travel website and PRI designated travel company
Coordinating the training process to ensure required training is scheduled, completed, and documented
Communicating trainee progress to appropriate internal stakeholders
Working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues that arise during training
Maintaining records of the onboarding process
Responsible for administrative functions as follows: (10%)
Updating auditor profiles including status changes
Updating and issuing contract
Issuing general auditor communications
Facilitating auditor offboarding process
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years' using applicant tracking systems, required (iCIMS, preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Results driven and achievement oriented
Excellent relationship building
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, preferred (Docebo)
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent project management skills with the ability to stay organized while managing a high-volume requisition load
Excellent computer skills -MS Office suite
Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information in a professional manner, required.
Able to travel at least 5% of the time.
Ability to work for prolonged periods at a computer/desk.
Standard office environment.
