ABOUT THE ROLE
As Technical Support you will troubleshoot, optimize, and support BD equipment, provide outstanding post-sale phone/remote support and ensure minimal downtime for our valued customers.
Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.Handle technical service calls efficiently.Respond promptly to emails and inquiries.Ensure daily tasks are completed on time.Collaborate with internal and external partners.Supervise and complete service-related tasks.Process data in BD systems.Handle administrative duties.
About you
Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer focus.Diligent with analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.Proficiency in English.Adherence to processes and procedures.Initiative and good judgment.
