Internal Tech Support (Call Center) role for a global-user base
Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems via the telephone
Utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service
Requirements
Microsoft Office troubleshooting experience
Excellent customer service skills
Technology call center experience
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
