  • ナレッジ文書の作成と管理

  必須要件:

  • 学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可

  • 文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力

  • インターネットテクノロジーの理解:ファイアウォール、ウェブサーバー、プロキシサーバーなど

  • エンジニアリング、プログラミング、またはテクニカルサポートの実務経験

  • HTMLおよびCSSの解読、実装の経験

  • ウェブ、アプリケーション、データベースサーバーの役割などシステム構成の理解

  • データベースの概念、データ管理(RDBMS)、SQLの経験

  • クレーム対応経験、各種ステークホルダーとの調整• 折衝経験

  • 日本語(流暢な会話および読み書き)/ 英語(読み書き必須、会話尚可)

  推奨要件:

  • Webアプリケーションの開発• デバッグ経験

  • HTML、JavaScript、CSSなどのWeb技術に関するトラブルシューティング、原因切り分けのスキル

  • ネットワークおよびデータ通信技術の理解:DNS、SSL、ファイアウォール、各種通信プロトコルの全般知識

  • Salesforceおよび / またはCRMアプリケーションおよびその他のクラウドベースのテクノロジーの経験

  • 電子メール(サーバー/クライアント) の理解

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADMIN201)

  • Certified Application Builder (APP BUILDER)

  • Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV401)

  • Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV501)
