The Technology Solutions Specialist functions as a technology seller with deep subject matter expertise who drives sales pursuits to acquire new workloads.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Identifies new buying centers and personas, grows pipeline
• Has good technical knowledge of the technologies, professional services and partner offerings for the workload
• Describes the differentiated value that NetApp brings to the customer's specific scenario
• Manages opportunity sales cycle to close
Sales Enablement:
• Responsible for leading and managing the key complex solution opportunities within Area
• Works with account teams and Sales leadership to develop account strategies for acquiring new workloads or acquiring new customer for their solutions areas
Solution Enablement:
• Introduce new solutions to the field for workloads and use cases in core, hybrid and cloud
KPIs:
• Develop new pipeline opportunities for top priority solutions
• New workloads and customer acquisition
• Adoption rates of new judicious solutions
• Customer solutions references
Qualifications
• Customer outcomes and understanding as it applies to technology and business decisions
• Deep Applied technology knowledge in areas of focus, specifically Block (SAN) storage
• Third-party technology capabilities and integration
• Understand landscape and value differentiations for focused solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to scale that communication across a wide range of audiences from end user to executive management
• Work in a team selling environment
• Strong collaborations and have world class operational hygiene

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $158,600 - $193,800. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
