Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in mobile data network technologies such as LTE and 5G
Experience analyzing customer issues, reviewing device/server logs, troubleshooting mobile network issues, and providing technical documentation
Experience with software development one of the following programming languages: Java, C++, or Python
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in operating LTE and 5G mobile networks
Experience managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously
Ability to partner cross-functionally across multiple teams
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Investigate and address the root cause of mobile network issues reported by users and QA, by analyzing backend logs and device bug reports.
Monitor network KPIs, identify, and investigate anomalies. Develop and improve support tools for triaging and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Work with external carrier partners and OEM partners to troubleshoot network issues and improve connectivity service quality.
Drive the collaboration with stakeholders, including third-party vendor teams, software engineering, product management, business development and QA to certify new devices, platforms, and software releases.
Explore and evaluate key technology directions with long-term impact for Google Fi's core and RAN development, deployment, and operations.
