A change agent who will help our product collaboration and think in new ways A servant leader for the product owner by coaching them towards standard processes in story writing, backlog refinement and management, road mapping, thin-slice delivery, intake, release management, and sprint reviews. A servant leader for the development team by coaching and/or leading them to continuously improve, continuously learn and grow, and experiment. A servant leader for the organization by sharing agile and scrum best practices with the department and the larger organization, and finding opportunities. Ideal Skillset
: Extensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks and ceremonies Extensive knowledge in story writing, backlog refinement techniques, road mapping, and project planning for modern software development Experience with Jira, Product Board, or other similar tools for story writing, backlog management, and release planning Facilitation techniques Data-driven approach to measuring continuous improvement, business value generation Experience looking at the entire value stream to identify opportunities Special Factors
