As a member of Talent Acquisition Center International (TAC), your role in Talent Acquisition profoundly impacts a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. 　　Responsibilities:

　　- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.

　　- Create strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within TikTok TA mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

　　- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet TikTok's business objectives.

　　- Design customized and executable staffing plans while building relationships with the recruiting team.

　　- Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

　　- Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting teams and client groups.

　　- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting teams

　　Qualifications

　　- 8+ years of recruiting experience with technical and/or non-technical organizations.

　　- 2+ years experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

　　- 3+ years of leadership experience guiding and mentoring recruiting teams.

　　- Experience working with PowerPoint and Excel to create executive recruiting and hiring summaries; ability to turn data into strategic insights and action plans

　　- Experience working in both pipeline and requisition-based environments.

　　- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

　　- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

　　- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
