  Position Overview

  Our global team recruits the talent that creates software to help our customers imagine, design, and make a better world. This role partners with the business to understand and deliver the talent required as Autodesk focuses on completing our subscription transition, digitizing the company, and reimagining manufacturing, construction, and production. As a talent partner, you will drive full-cycle recruiting including the development and execution of recruiting and sourcing strategies. You’ll identify talent sources and networks to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates as you influence and lead the entire recruiting process.

  Responsibilities

  Data Driven Recruiting: Define, design and implement recruiting strategies for a variety of technical roles in your assigned group. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

  Talent Partner: Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers, leadership, HR and Finance partners

  Innovation: Develop and implement creative and unique sourcing strategies beyond just LinkedIn. Identify new recruiting tools/techniques. Experienced with diversity recruiting channels

  Consultative : Interview and screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers. Regularly share metrics and market data with client groups to identify hiring trends and influence talent decisions

  Accountability: Laser-like focus on hiring manager and candidate experience. Ensure that every touch point from inMail to onsite is extraordinary

  Candidate Engagement: Exceed at candidate outreach, storytelling and marketing by leveraging social platforms, tools, media campaigns and other digital platforms

  Process Driven: Articulate and negotiate job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc

  Collaboration: Participate on a worldwide recruiting team by improving and implementing recruiting programs to fill current openings and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Flexibility to take on additional goals/projects as necessary

  Minimum Qualifications

  Minimum of 3+ years as a Recruiter within an agency or corporate environment

  Experience in identifying, engaging, and closing passive technical candidates

  Proven success sourcing candidates for cloud-based technologies, SW development, data engineering, AI, machine learning and data scientist roles to name a few

  Demonstrated track record of building effective working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners

  Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions and strategy

  Your approach to work includes a positive attitude, a high degree of ownership, and a focus on results

  Responsabilités

  Recrutement piloté par les données : Définissez, concevez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement pour une variété de rôles techniques dans votre groupe affecté. Ces stratégies consistent à comprendre et à gérer l’environnement des talents, les ajustements et les personnes parrainées en interne, et à faire correspondre ces valeurs avec l’offre de talents en externe.

  Partenaire de talent : Établir et maintenir de solides relations de travail avec les responsables du recrutement, les partenaires de la direction, des RH et des finances.

  Innovation : Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’approvisionnement créatives et uniques au-delà de LinkedIn. Identifier de nouveaux outils ou de nouvelles techniques de recrutement. Expérience des canaux de recrutement axés sur la diversité

  Rôle consultatif : Passer les entrevues et présélectionner les candidat(e)s et faire des recommandations aux responsables du recrutement. Partager régulièrement les métriques et les données du marché avec les groupes clients pour dégager les tendances en matière de recrutement et informer les décisions relatives aux talents.

  Responsabilité : Accorder une attention toute particulière à l’expérience du responsable du recrutement et du (de la) candidat(e). Veiller à ce que tous les points de contact, de l’InMail au site, soient extraordinaires.

  Engagement des candidats : Exceller dans l’approche des candidat(e)s, la narration et le marketing en tirant parti des plateformes sociales, des outils, des campagnes médiatiques et d’autres plateformes numériques.

  Orienté processus : Formuler et négocier les offres d’emploi auprès des candidat(e)s et communiquer clairement tous les aspects de l’offre, notamment le salaire, les options d’achat d’actions, les avantages sociaux, les primes, les relocalisations, etc.

  Collaboration : Faire partie d’une équipe de recrutement mondiale en améliorant et en mettant en œuvre des programmes de recrutement visant à pourvoir les postes vacants et à constituer une réserve de candidat(e)s qualifié(e)s. Faire preuve de flexibilité afin de mener à bien des objectifs ou des projets supplémentaires, le cas échéant.

  Exigences minimales

  Expérience d’au moins 3 ans en tant que recruteur(euse) dans une agence ou dans un milieu de grandes entreprises.

  Expérience dans l’identification, l’embauche et la conclusion des contrats pour les candidat(e)s techniques.

  Des candidat(e)s ayant fait leurs preuves pour des technologies basées sur le nuage, le développement logiciel, l'ingénierie de données, l'intelligence artificielle, l'apprentissage automatique et des rôles de scientifiques des données, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns.

  Vous avez une solide expérience dans le développement des relations de travail efficaces avec les dirigeant(e)s et les partenaires interfonctionnel(le)s.

  Connaissances du marché des talents et des données pour influencer les décisions et la stratégie.

  Vous avez une attitude positive et un grand sens de la participation, et mettez l’accent sur les résultats.
