  Team Introduction

  The US IT Team provides local IT support and services for TikTok users based in our office locations and remotely throughout the region. In office support includes resolving hardware/software related issues, support for conference/meeting rooms and fulfills any other IT support related needs of TikTok users.

  This role will be responsible for coordinating the adoption of technology solutions that supports TikTok's overall objectives in alignment with business requirements. The role has oversight of and direct involvement in all technology tools, infrastructure, vendors, projects, and processes, serving business operations in all forms. This role may also be asked to manage technical vendor review, selection, and management of outsourced resources. Conduct periodic reviews of operational practices, identify and recommend where technology tooling can improve efficiency, reduce risk, and clarify operational practice groups.

  - Serve as lead technology PM to multi-aspect operational practice areas with a focus on identifying technology solutions that align with company strategy, drive operational efficiency and minimize risk

  - Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results

  - Report on key operational and substantive metrics that will better inform technology decision-making, including matter and work product analysis

  - Provide tooling and methods of delivery for operational and compliance reporting functions including operational dashboards, key performance indicator tracking and technology spend

  - Coordinate and/or manage security review of technology solutions and data handling practices with routine auditing

  - Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

  - Maintain best practice project management disciplines at all times

  - Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

  - Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, real estate, administrative services, business development, regulatory, infrastructure, human resources, and any other business groups

  Qualifications

  Required skills:

  - BA or BS degree or higher

  - 8 plus years of technology experience

  - Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

  - Certified in methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

  - Good experience with tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project

  - Excellent risk and change management skills

  - Good understanding of workplace technology such as AV, infrastructure and security

  - Experience of working within a technically complex, multi-country environment

  - Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders

  - Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

  - Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

  Desired Additional Skills:

  - Previous Corporate Real Estate experience a bonus

  - Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining the support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role leveraging matrixed teams

  - Proven track record of collaborating with diverse business groups (e.g., finance, operations, security...etc) to set objectives and produce meaningful results

  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  - Quick learner and good at communication, patient and diligent, team player

  - Adapt to the fast change of working atmosphere, able to work under pressure managing multiple deadlines

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $109600 - $181333 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
