About the role:
Samsara is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our Customer Facing Systems team & Compliance programs, in our Business Technology group. We have an opportunity to create a world class organization and are looking for people with the following characteristics:

This candidate will have the opportunity to improve many internal processes and implement corporate-wide project/program management standards. Your daily tasks will allow you to work closely with software developers, IT management, and a diverse group of cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, finance, communications and marketing.

In this role, you will:
Manage project delivery, including milestones, prototype builds, and launch Ensure a seamless technology experience for all Samsarians, on every project deployment Aggregate information from different team members to create plans and deliver results Resolve technical, scheduling, and resource conflicts by prioritizing based on project goals Establish process to manage changes for all project components Work with stakeholders within our business functions, from the executive level down throughout the organization Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field 2+ years of direct technical project management experience in high-tech companies English fluency Project management experience with Netsuite, Data, Salesforce, or Go-To-Market Systems initiatives Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects, and drive projects to completion Clearly able to drive teams through the end to end project lifecycle Previous experience managing between 3-5 projects simultaneously “Get it done” attitude and ability to cope with ambiguity Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure situations, while developing sound implementation approaches which solve the business problem Demonstrated track record of creating, implementing and managing disciplined, well documented processes supporting explicit service levels Demonstrated track record of working effectively across organizational boundaries Ability to use innovative ideas to solve problems in a cost effective manner Proven track record of project management in a fast pace growth environment Effective leadership, communication, collaboration, problem solving and project management skills An ideal candidate also has:
