Summary:
The Devices Sustainability Team seeks a Technical Program Manager who has experience driving industry-leading sustainability initiatives across consumer electronics. As the sustainability TPM, you will be responsible for driving net-new sustainability initiatives, defining goals, prioritizing initiatives and developing a roadmap plan to intercept new technologies and processes into products. You have a passion for developing holistic sustainability metrics that can impact the industry at large. This position will require a great deal of cross functional leadership and communication with teams that are not familiar with the subject. You must be able to listen to concerns and challenges and influence teams to move in the right direction.

Technical Program Manager for Devices sustainability initiatives spanning across Reality Labs product lines including Quest, Wearables, AR, and Accessories
Collaborate closely with Sustainability Engineers in the Product Design and Systems Engineer space to drive data collection, analysis, and design recommendations to assist with carbon reduction
End-to-end ownership of sustainability initiatives including goal and metrics definition and Life-Cycle Analysis implementation
Build the bridge between Devices sustainability and direct engineering teams, creating relationships and influencing designs
Present sustainability updates and recommendations to leadership, distilling key information on trade-offs and driving strategic scope alignment
Continuously innovate and improve processes to drive best practice sustainability approaches into the product development process and ensure the process lands with each new program
10% international and domestic travel

BS in engineering or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
2+ years of hands-on program management experience in consumer electronics
Knowledge of sustainability measurement methodologies

5+ years of demonstrated experience driving consumer electronics design cycles

Public Compensation:
$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
