The Commerce Risk Customer Engagement (CRCE) Team works across all of Microsoft Commerce to provide world class payment fraud threat intelligence, detection and mitigation directly to our customers and partners, working in close collaboration with Commerce Risk Engineering, Security, Finance and other partner teams to help protect customer interests and Microsoft’s suite of products. Our Mission: “We validate, detect and prevent payment fraud for our clients, enabling them to optimize their business safely based on our expertise, while we protect Microsoft’s assets.”
Responsibilities
Technical Program Manager responsible for the CRCE AI strategy and developmental programs to ensure we are continuing to evolve our business in line with strategic priorities.
Work closely with Product/ Technical Program Managers, Business Owners,Analysts, and Engineers to lead strategic business programs and initiatives for CRCE.
Drive and own Rhythm of Businessand Process Excellence, Metrics and Measurementsacross CRCE, coordinating executive communication and operational management.
Become/maintain a level of subject matter expertise in our workflows and operations to drive system and process effectiveness.
Partners with others (e.g., Data Science, Security, Engineering) to collect performance metrics (e.g., Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] such as usage, quality speed, and cost), monitor and report on progress (e.g., business reviews), and derive insights that lead to productive courses of action to improve development, iteration, and implementation of a group of features or feature areas (e.g., product, service)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND several yearsexperience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree AND extensive experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Several years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-teamprojects
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
Demonstrated experience with e-commerce, online identity, fraud and risk management functions
Demonstrated experience effectively working with engineering and/or AI/ML science partners
Ability to think strategically and at the same time, be comfortable to dive into the details and stay on top of tactical execution
Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Growth mindset
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
