Summary:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role within engineering, driving projects that span the organization. You will work on Cross-Org Integrity Problems charting a roadmap and driving execution on projects that will protect economic voice and opportunity, and help us be transparent to our users. You will closely partner with the platform engineering teams to build governance processes to provide end-to-end tracking of the overall integrity work across the organization. This is a full-time position and will report to the Group Technical Program Manager. The team is global so some travel is expected.

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional infrastructure software engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
Perform risk management and change management on projects
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
Interface with Engineering and business owners for project requirements and scope
Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives

Experience within software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
Experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Demonstrated experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Ability to motivate and drive collaboration to reach challenging goals.
